To ensure our products perfectly meet your unique needs, we manufacture most items to order. Production times can vary depending on specific requirements.

For standard orders without additional customization, our typical production time is approx 3 weeks from order confirmation (or proforma invoice payment for new customers).

For orders with special requests like embroidery, delivery times will be longer. Our team can provide a more accurate estimate within 2 business days.
Generally, you can expect a production time of 2-8 weeks from order confirmation.

To maintain the functionality of your ESD clothing, please use gentle care as follows- machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40°, tumble drying, ironing, and dry cleaning are permitted. However, do not bleach or use fabric softener.

The term ESD is derived from the English phrase "ElectroStatic Discharge", which refers to the sudden transfer of electrical charge between two objects with different electrical potentials. This phenomenon occurs due to a potential difference of several thousand volts and can be accompanied by a tactile sensation (> 3 kV) or even an audible sound (> 5 kV). At voltages above 10 kV, optical phenomena such as sparks or flashes usually occur.

While these phenomena are relatively easy for humans to perceive, there are also discharges with much lower intensities that are imperceptible to humans but can be destructive to many electronic components. For semiconductors, a destructive discharge can occur at voltages as low as 30 V.
Given the increasing penetration of electronics into all aspects of our lives, ESD protection is becoming increasingly important throughout the entire product manufacturing chain.

While some raw materials are sourced globally, our knitting, weaving, dyeing, and garment assembly are all conducted locally. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and ensure that our garments meet the highest standards nad moreover by minimizing our supply chain, we reduce our environmental impact and ensure transparency.

Right, CleverTex^® working protective garments are tested (randomly) to ensure that they meet the required electrical resistance specified in the relevant part of the standard (EN 61340).

To ensure the longest lifespan of your ESD garment, it is crucial to follow the care instructions. A gentle washing and drying routine, combined with standard detergents, will help maintain the garment's performance.
