A top-quality antistatic material and insulated lining ensure comfort for workers frequently moving in warehouses or between halls, even in winter. The design allows for freedom of movement and comfort. Permanent anti-static properties are provided by special yarns containing a precise amount of carbon-coated polyester fibers guarantee permanent anti-static properties. These yarns create the grid 10 x 10 mm within the fabric.
The antistatic vests are certified according to EN 61340-5-1.
A more sophisticated unisex version of the antistatic vest features an segmented front part with a saddle. The full-zip fastened vest includes a stand-up collar and one chest pocket, plus two zipped side pockets.

LONG SERVICE LIFE WITH CONSISTENT ANTISTATIC PROTECTION
Thanks to their high cotton content (66%), our ESD vests offer a pleasant feel and good wearing comfort. Functional yarns made of carbon-coated polyester fibers (3%) create the distinctive black grid pattern and provide the vests with anti-static properties. These properties are further enhanced by stitching with anti-static threads.
Our ESD garments prevent the build-up of electrostatic charge and ensure compliance with the requirements of EN 61340-5-1. Antistatic properties endure even after repeated cleaning and maintenance procedures. Our garments undergo testing for 50 wash cycles, after which the they continue to exhibit antistatic properties.
