The comfortable ESD sweatshirt, model ESD201, offers a cost-effective solution. This simple, unisex, regular-fit antistatic sweatshirt features a round neckline, long sleeves with ribbed elastic cuffs, without pockets. Its 300 g/m² weight and soft, brushed inner side provide warmth, especially in cold storage areas or during winter months. An appropriate content of conductive carbon ensures permanent anti-static properties.
The ESD203 model is our most popular sweatshirt design. Its full-zip fastening, antistatic elastic ribbed stand-up collar, and kangaroo pockets enhance its practical nature, ensuring comfortable warmth during winter months or in cold environments. Choose from a unisex fit or women's tailored fit featuring shaped, contrasting princess seams and in-seam pockets. Both styles include elastic ribbed cuffs on the sleeves and bottom hem.
The CleverTex® ESD sweatshirt offer several advantages, including:

LONG LIFE AND STILL PERFECT ANTISTATIC PROPERTIES
Thanks to its high cotton content, the sweatshirt offers a pleasant feel and excellent physiological comfort, including high sweat absorbency and breathability. Polyester enhances durability, strength, and wrinkle resistance.
Special yarns containing a precise amount of carbon-coated polyester fibers to prevent the build-up of electrostatic charge ensure compliance with the requirements of EN 61340-5-1. These conductive yarns create the black stripes in the sweatshirt providing permanent antistatic properties, which are further enhanced by stitching with anti-static threads.
These properties endure even after repeated cleaning and maintenance procedures. Our garments undergo testing for 50 wash cycles, after which the sweatshirts continue to exhibit antistatic properties.
