To ensure our products perfectly meet your unique needs, we manufacture most items to order. Production times can vary depending on specific requirements.

For standard orders without additional customization, our typical production time is approx 3 weeks from order confirmation (or proforma invoice payment for new customers).

For orders with special requests like embroidery, delivery times will be longer. Our team can provide a more accurate estimate within 2 business days.
Generally, you can expect a production time of 2-8 weeks from order confirmation.

Should you be dissatisfied with the quality of our ESD garments? It is your right to file a complaint. In this case, please follow our complaint procedure.

Yes, shoes can be exchanged within 2 months of delivery. However, you are responsible for the extra costs associated with shipping the new pair.

Due to the extensive customization options available, including a broad spectrum of sizes and color combinations, the majority of our products are manufactured based on individual customer orders.
