While it's technically possible to wash your ESD garment at 60°C, it's strongly discouraged. Doing so can significantly reduce the garment's functionality and lifespan. Please note that the garment will often show signs of heat damage. Under these circumstances, the customer will void their warranty.

The anti-static properties, ensured by special yarns containing a precise amount of carbon-coated polyester fibers, provide permanent anti-static protection and long-lasting performance (at least 50 washes).
ESD workwear (T-shirts, shirts, sweatshirts, trousers, etc.) are characterized by dark strip pattern if knitted fabric or grid pattern in case the garnet is made of wovwen fabric (trouswrs, blouse...).
Just these (made of antistatic fibres) ensure the desired property - conductivity of the fabric.
Due to the extensive customization options available, including a broad spectrum of sizes and color combinations, the majority of our products are manufactured based on individual customer orders.
We offer sizes XS - 5XL, however due to our own garment design we are able to supply sizes larger than 5XL.
These are then, by further agreement, produced as tailor-made clothing that fits perfectly even people of non-standard sizes.
Our ESD wear is rigorously tested and certified to the highest industry standards, specifically EN 61340-5-1. The relevant certificates are provided by the Institute for Testing and Certification in Zlín. This certification ensures the quality, safety, and effectiveness of our products.
For unique or small-batch orders, while formal certification may not be economically feasible, we conduct rigorous testing to verify compliance with your specific ESD requirements. By doing so, we maintain the high standards associated with our brand.
